Job Summary Key Deliverables and Responsibilities As part of the Human Resources team, you will help us build a talented, highly capable workforce, coach managers to greater effectiveness, and help our people be successful. In this role you will be a generalist who is responsible for assisting managers with employee relations, compensation, performance management, talent development, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance.
