About this role

As a System Ops Analyst you will be responsible for installing and maintaining infrastructure services and contributing to the infrastructure improvement programme. You will work closely with our Security, Networking, Development and Endpoint Operations teams. What you will do: Provide Support of IT Infrastructure – Windows Systems & Applications. Ensure adherence to group security and compliance policies. Research problems and issues, gather information from a range of physical and informational sources, review defects on platform or assembly in order to gain a complete understanding of the problem and all relevant circumstances.
