About this role
As a Solution Engineer you will provide the sales force (direct and channel) with a good understanding of the prospects manufacturing pain points, along with deep dive product demos in order to close ERP sales opportunities. What you will be doing: Coach and mentor Solution Engineers ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery. Communicate with the sales team on new business opportunities, translate client’s technical requirements to solution, drive the technical discussions, deliver custom demonstrations, and implement technical proofs-of-concept.
