Overview The Senior Business Analyst provides senior-level analytical support across the commercial lifecycle for our technology services portfolio, including professional, managed, security, and related services—from prospecting and presales through contracting, implementation, renewals, and ongoing performance management. This role serves as a strategic analytical partner to service leadership, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders.
