Responsibilities of the Account Resolution Specialist include jobs following in compliance with all the company policies and processes. This position is available at our Woodland Hills or Irvine corporate office. The schedule is Monday-Thursday onsite and Friday remote. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Support the legal lifecycle of proceedings for unpaid rent and lease violations, including unlawful detainer, small claims, and eviction processes.…
