WHAT YOU WILL DO: Maintain the cleanliness of the property’s exterior areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, courtyards, and landscaping. Including but not limited to sweeping, blowing, picking up trash, pet waste and remove debris from all common areas, ensuring a tidy and well-kept appearance.
