Lead, Program Governance & Enablement

Purpose of the Job:  The Lead, Program Governance & Enablement is an individual contributor role within the Integration Management Office (IMO). Working directly with the Senior Director, Program Management, the incumbent plays a key role in driving integration execution, governance effectiveness, and delivery outcomes across the program.  The role is responsible for leading assigned integration workstreams, initiatives, and cross-functional deliverables while also providing governance, reporting, and program management support across the broader integration.
