About this role

Buscamos um profissional estratégico para assumir o protagonismo da inteligência operacional em nossa estrutura de atendimento. Você será o responsável por definir, implantar e garantir a entrega dos indicadores (KPIs) , atuando desde a modelagem dos dados até a execução de planos de ação para otimização de resultados. Funções que serão desempenhadas: Inteligência e KPIs: Definir e implantar a matriz de KPIs de eficiência operacional (SLA, TMA, Produtividade, Eficiência, Margem), garantindo que a operação entregue as metas estabelecidas.
