About this role

Work Location - Brisbane ONLY What you’ll do This is an exciting entry level opportunity for those starting or continuing their career in customer service where you will support customers with their Fit2Work background checks and employment screening services. As part of this contact centre role you will be responsible for Identifying and meeting the needs of the customer and providing a high level of customer service while providing information and answering questions, and explaining products and services.
