About this role
What you’ll do Negotiate and defend best-in-class software & data license & commercial terms. Partner with Business Units & Technology to optimize licensing & support based on demand and technology roadmaps. Verify software license entitlements; interpret contract use rights and recommend strategies for license optimization and risk mitigation. Accumulate, organize and cleanse large amounts of data from multiple sources; interpret data and formulate license compliance positions. Lead audit defense and compliance dispute negotiations. Manage work request volume, complexity and productivity for work assigned within defined SLOs.…
