HR Specialist III

Management Level G Essential Duties: • Responsible for building relationships with business leaders to best assist them with HR processes or projects and properly connect the HR Centers of Excellence with our internal customer base. • Develop a broad understanding of our processes, and procedures, and how these relate to the overall company strategic goals and objectives. • Participate in the implementation and communication of HR initiatives and change processes acting as a guide to bridge HR and employees of all levels. • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on headcount, creation of job descriptions for new positions, budget management and recruitment activities. • Provide guidance and support to both management and employees on performance management processes.…
