ABOUT THE ROLE As a Founder’s Associate, you report directly to our Chief of Staff and work at the centre of how ERC System is run. You are a core enabler who helps the leadership team move faster, taking projects across external affairs, people and culture, stakeholder communications and operations through to completion. You are trusted with critical and confidential matters. You work hand in hand with our leadership team and learn directly from them every day.
