Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living This role is responsible for nurturing the spiritual well-being of residents, providing faith-based programming and support within their religious tradition, and helping meet the religious and pastoral needs of the community. In partnership with the Pastoral Ministries Manager, the position plans and coordinates worship services, spiritual programs, special events, and community-wide outreach initiatives. The role also provides administrative support for pastoral operations, including scheduling, resident communications, recordkeeping, volunteer coordination, and event logistics.
