Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as the Memory Care Manager , where you will provide leadership and oversight for our Memory Care neighborhood, serving 44 residents . In this role, you will oversee the overall management, performance, and delivery of person-centered care while supporting the integration of Memory Care best practices throughout our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living neighborhoods. Through strong leadership and collaboration, you will support residents, families, and staff while ensuring residents’ psychosocial, emotional, and individual care needs are met.
