Join our Team About this opportunity: **This is iPECS position** We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to help evolve the iPECS cloud communications platform into an AI-powered interaction platform across voice and digital channels. You will own meaningful product areas, collaborate with global teams, and turn customer needs into impactful product experiences. What you will do: Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for assigned product areas. Lead the product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Translate customer and partner needs into clear requirements, user stories, and a value-driven backlog.
