About this role

Shape the foundation of critical energy infrastructure projects through precision, organization, and document excellence. At ERM , we're looking for an experienced Consultant, Land Services Document Specialist to support electric transmission and distribution projects across the Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC areas. This is a key role that helps ensure complex project documentation is accurate, organized, compliant, and readily accessible throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll play an important part in supporting land rights, permitting, and real estate documentation that enables essential infrastructure projects to move forward efficiently and successfully.…
