Why this role matters? As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead ERM’s Global Services Talent Acquisition team in India, overseeing a team of recruiters supporting hiring across the Consulting Delivery Hub (CDH) and Global Delivery Centre (GDC). You will work in close partnership with hiring managers and business leaders within India, North America and EMEA to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent into ERM’s Global Services.
