Flexforce is hiring Power Distribution Field Technicians to support utility infrastructure inspection programs in the Richmond, Virginia area. This role is responsible for conducting systematic field inspections of above-ground utility assets, collecting condition data, documenting findings, and identifying potential safety or maintenance concerns. The role serves as the eyes and ears of the utility in the field, ensuring accurate asset condition assessment and reporting. This position focuses exclusively on inspection, documentation, and data collection activities. Maintenance, repair, and operational work are performed by utility personnel or designated service providers.
