About this role

Deine Aufgaben Steuerung des gesamten Angebotsprozesses von der Ausschreibungsanalyse bis zur fristgerechten Abgabe. Erstellung passgenauer Angebote für technische und infrastrukturelle Facility-Management-Leistungen. Koordination aller relevanten Informationen mit Fachbereichen, Nachunternehmern und internen Schnittstellen. Ausarbeitung überzeugender Angebotsunterlagen , Präsentationen und Konzepte für Kunden und Ausschreibungen. Ausarbeitung der Angebotskalkulation und Pflege der internen Preislisten Sorgfältige Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von Chancen, Risiken und Anforderungen.
