About this role

Job Description: Position Overview Under the direction of the EBX Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety all of associates under their direct supervision. This role will be responsible for all manufacturing activities in their assigned department(s) within a unionized facility to obtain desired quality and quantity of production at the lowest possible cost and provide exceptional leadership to production associates. The Production Supervisor must act as a dynamic change agent and will serve as a valuable member of the site management team. This is a floating supervisor and will need to be available for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts based on business needs.…
