Summary Hledáme kolegu nebo kolegyni, kteří budou partnerům poskytovat podporu, pomáhat jim orientovat se v našich systémech a budovat tak dlouhodobé vztahy založené na důvěře a spolehlivosti. Naším cílem je, aby se ESET stal pro partnery první volbou a dodavatelem, na kterého se mohou kdykoliv obrátit. Nejde o komunikaci s koncovými zákazníky, ale s obchodníky, nákupčími a IT specialisty, kteří očekávají profesionální přístup, rychlou orientaci v problematice a ochotu hledat řešení. Job description Pracovní náplň bude především: Telefonická a e-mailová komunikace s našimi obchodními partnery. Podpora partnerů při práci s našimi interními systémy a partnerským portálem.
