The English Schools Foundation (ESF), Hong Kong's largest English-medium international school organisation, seeks a meticulous and proactive Accounting Officer to join our growing team. The accounting officer will report to the Accounting Manager (Facilities) at ESF head office. This is an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive, hands-on exposure to facilities-side cost control and fixed asset management within a dynamic educational environment. Responsibilities: Process and input payment requisitions into the Accounts Payable (AP) module for bi-weekly settlements. Ensure accuracy, proper coding, and timely payment processing in accordance with ESF guidelines. Prepare expense analyses, and assist to prepare monthly financial schedules.…
