Discovery College is looking for an Educational Assistant (EA) to support teachers in the delivery of the curriculum The main role of the Educational Assistant (EA) is to support teachers in the delivery of the curriculum. They work with students and collaborate with colleagues to meet students’ individual learning needs and achieve specific student outcomes. EAs support teaching and learning for a range of student abilities and classes. They engage in critical reflection in order to improve their knowledge and skills to better engage students and improve their learning.
