ESF Sha Tin College is seeking to appoint a dynamic, committed and reflective Vice Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. Candidates should have significant leadership and management experience, strong interpersonal skills, have demonstrated innovative practices and be able to model exemplary professional practice. This Vice Principal role assumes overall responsibility for our Curriculum, including line managing and overseeing the IBMYP (Years 7-9), the I/GCSE curriculum (Years 10-11), and directly coordinating the IB Diploma Programme (Years 12-13). Job Summary: Vice Principal roles are the most senior management roles in ESF schools next to the Principal.
