About this role
The Senior Property Accounting Officer is responsible for all property accounting activities and financial reporting related to ESR's owned and managed income-producing real estate assets. Working closely with Property Managers, the Asset Management team, and the Finance team, this role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of property financial information, enabling owners, lenders, and internal stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
