About this role

Preferably On-Site at an ESR Location | Remote Candidates Considered Anywhere in the U.S. The Opportunity ESR Motor Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Motor & Drive Application Specialist to support our sales team with complex industrial electric motor, variable frequency drive, and project opportunities . This role will serve as a specialized technical resource for larger and more demanding applications, including medium-voltage motors and drives, large motors, obsolete equipment replacements, specification-driven projects, frame conversions, and manufacturer substitutions. You will work closely with ESR's experienced inside and outside sales professionals to develop technically sound solutions and professional, customer-ready quote packages.…
