Overview This role is intended for a senior Business Intelligence Analyst who can operate across business process discovery, requirements engineering, data analysis, and migration validation. The analyst will work directly with Finance and HR subject matter experts to understand current-state data warehouse usage, document the future-state needs for Fabric, and help engineering teams convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications. The role involves sensitive Human Resources and Finance data, the BA should be comfortable documenting restricted data elements, role-based access needs, data quality expectations, and validation evidence while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and auditability.…
