Building Location: 32nd Avenue Building Department: 3014130 FLOAT POOL - MED SURG - 32ND HOSP Job Description: Essentia Health is hiring a full time Registered Nurse to work in our Float Pool. This position will work 36 hour per week, Straight Nights 7pm-7:30am, every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation. Education Qualifications: The Registered Nurse Acute Care Float Pool provides high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care while working in various units or departments within the healthcare facility. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to quickly integrate into different teams. The Nurse steps in to cover staffing needs across the facility, due to absences, high census, or other operational demands.…
