Building Location: Building B - St Marys Medical Center Department: 2002500 EMERGENCY SERVICES TECH - SMMC HOSP Job Description: This position supports the operations of the emergency room by providing coordination flow with radiology, laboratory, and patient transport. At the direction of a provider, enters verbal orders into Epic, scribes during a trauma, and supports the non-nursing functions in collaboration with nurses. Coordinates and documents into Epic all requests for Hospitalists through Stat Doc, and all other Specialty Physicians through Med Direct. Obtains pertinent information from other facilities at the request of the attending MD’s for further care of patients in the Emergency Department.…
