About this role

Position Overview Essnova Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s National Training and Education Division and Training Partners Program. This position will provide senior-level analytical, consulting, supervisory, and project support across emergency-management training and program activities. Responsibilities Evaluate moderately complex procedures, processes, models, and systems related to management and organizational performance. Assist in designing new processes, models, or systems.
