BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Practices at an advanced clinical level and provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through independent clinical decision making, medication therapy management, quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional mentoring. Serves as an experienced clinical pharmacist who supports departmental initiatives, advances medication safety, and contributes to the education and development of pharmacy personnel and other healthcare professionals.
