About this role
On-Site Recruiter We are seeking a consultative process driven recruiter to work on-site of our client partner. An expert in the Light/Industrial field preferred, but a staffing background is welcome.. Responsibilities include: Recruitment for a variety of light industrial jobs i.e. Warehouse Workers and Truss Assemblers Schedule Interviews for Hiring Managers Engaging in networking events and job fairs Qualifications Fluent in Spanish, so you will be able to communicate with Spanish speaking candidates At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Additional All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
