RN Home Health Clinical Director Direct care coordinator and supervision of all clinical functions. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations as they apply to the provision of home health visits to clients. Assure compliance with agency policy and procedures. Monitor job performance and completion of evaluations and counseling of clinical staff. Job Summary: The Clinical Director is a registered nurse who ensures quality of patient care in the home. Plan, develop, and drive strategies for the nursing division, as well as establish standards for measuring quality care and organizational performance.
