Senior Home Health/Hospice Sales Executive (Excellent Full Benefits Package, Competitive Base Salary/Bonus Structure and more!) Position Responsibilities: · Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market. · Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners. · Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity. · Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
