Synopsis: The Data Analytics Officer supports data analytics, business intelligence, digitalization, and process automation within the Technical department. The role develops reliable dashboards and automated reports, improves data quality, and translates operational data into clear insights for decision-making. The officer will identify opportunities to digitize workflows, reduce manual effort, and support analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
