About this role

Synopsis The Product Owner is responsible for delivering customer-facing digital experiences across Etihad’s website and digital products, translating product strategy and customer/business needs into a prioritized product backlog. The role leads day-to-day delivery across key digital journeys such as booking, manage booking, check-in, ancillaries, servicing and customer accounts, while coordinating business, UX, engineering, architecture and analytics teams. Strong web/digital product experience, ideally within airline, travel, aviation or e-commerce, is essential. Accountabilities Own and prioritize the backlog against strategy and roadmap.
