CONTRACT MANAGER

• Monitor and maintain a record of client's Purchase Orders and Contracts for the assigned project/s and track its progress • Matching of PO to its applicable contract and to its respective project to ensure proper tracking of PO progress during implementation • Creating, monitoring and managing of the billing plan according to contract terms, conditions and project team's delivery plan • Responsible for the monitoring and clearance of overdue unbilled AR • Coordinating with implementation team/s and monitoring their delivery & service progress to ensure that commercial requirements as per contract are fulfilled and timely billed • Assist in the clarification of billing/commercial issues internally and externally, and help in the negotiation and settlement disputes • Set-up and monitor PO…
