About this role
We are looking for an experienced HR & ESG Manager to join our Athens headquarters. This is a broad and influential role that combines leadership of the Group’s people agenda with responsibility for driving our sustainability and ESG initiatives. As the Group’s HR lead, you will oversee all aspects of employment, employee relations, talent acquisition, people policies, and workforce compliance across our entities, ensuring that our people practices support business growth and organisational excellence.
