EUROSPAR Strokestown is looking for a Part Time - Butcher to join their fantastic team. OBJECTIVE To ensure that the fresh food department operates efficiently, effectively and hygienically at all times and with the highest standard of service and product. MAIN DUTIES To be aware of, and adhere to all relevant regulations concerning H.A.C.C.P and Health and safety. Any breaches of these regulations are to be reported to the General Manager/Retailer. To monitor and control all department overheads. To ensure that company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. To achieve sale targets as agreed with the General Manager/Retailer. To ensure that stocktake procedures are followed and that the agreed margin is obtained.…
