As a Solution Consultant, you’ll become a trusted partner to large-scale customers, helping them maximize the value of the Everbridge platform. You’ll guide clients through deployment, adoption, training, ongoing optimization, and issue resolution combining project coordination, technical consulting, and customer success.
You’ll also serve as the customer advocate within Everbridge, ensuring feedback reaches the teams best positioned to act on it.…
