THIS IS THE JOB Als (Junior) Video Editor Performance Marketing / Content Creation (m/w/d) bist du das kreative Powerhouse hinter unseren erfolgreichsten Ads. Du weißt, warum die Hook in den ersten 3 Sekunden funktionieren muss und wie man Rohmaterial in ein Meisterwerk verwandelt, das den ROAS nach oben treibt. Deine Hauptaufgaben werden sein: Content Production & Editing: Du bist verantwortlich für UGC (User Generated Content) und Motion Creatives. Du filmst, schneidest und adaptierst Assets speziell für unsere Paid-Social-Kanäle (z. B. TikTok, Reels und Meta Ads). Face of the Brand: Du stehst selbst regelmäßig als Creator vor der Kamera und filmst Content in deinen eigenen vier Wänden, um echten, organischen Creator-Content für unsere Brand zu kreieren.…
