Summary of Position: The Senior Client Success Manager is the primary contact and point of coordination between our attorney and law firm clients and our internal teams. You will communicate with clients about how their digital marketing campaigns are performing, while keeping an eye on their results using Google Analytics and our campaign performance dashboard. You will be managing multiple clients simultaneously, so time management and attention to detail is an important part of the job.
