About This is a managerial position taking leadership, responsibility and accountability over Technical Operations Department presence, activities and actions in Lithuania. Manages Technical Operations team, delegates tasks, shares information within the team and provides feedback to the team. Manages and participates in studio equipment build processes, plans resources. Keeps timelines for projects and delegated tasks. Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works. Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance.
