About this role

At Evotec’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Legal Counsel (all genders) Full-time and permanent Key Responsibilities Provide legal support for Evotec's global Commercial teams on all matters of contracts, commercial and ideally intellectual property laws: this includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating all kinds of commercial agreements (in particular Master Services-, Collaboration-, Licence-, Material Transfer-, Consultancy-, Confidentiality Agreements and other types of Life Sciences contracts Prepare and review contract specimen, standard templates and approval processes Provide legal advice and support for interdisciplinary and strategic projects Ideally preparation and review of standard operating procedures, policies, contract temp…
