About Internal Medicine , Rheumatology Ensures all actions, job performance, personal conduct and communications represent the office in a highly professional manner at all times. Greets patients/visitors with a smile and provides them with appropriate information. Schedules patient appointments appropriately per protocol to manage clinic workflow and keep wait times to a minimum. Calls no show patients within 30 minutes of scheduled time. assist with both clerical and clinical mostly Does authorizations, PA, FMLAs, Disability forms, when required for medical visits. EKG, Phlebotomy, PFT, vitals, - preferably if experienced in EPIC EMR system will train Team player able to work in a fast pace office. Qualifications bilingual Spanish is a plus , has MA certification or experience Full time
