About this role
Job Description: Under the supervision of the Technical Support Manager and according to general company policies, you will provide customers with technical assistance via telephone, email, web conference, or on-site. You will be asked to specialize on all Fiber-Optic Test and measurement products. In addition to traditional technical support, field service, commissioning and on-site training will give you an opportunity to work face to face with EXFO customers and be a significant part of your overall contribution. You will also have the opportunity to support for all EXFO Wireline products such as Transport and Datacom products in EXFO.…
