What we need Exol is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Rewards Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR operations and the administration of our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate, efficient, and consistent delivery of core HR processes. This role will manage benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, 401(k) plan administration, employee escalations, and HR transactions, while maintaining strong operational discipline as the organization scales.
