Job Description Summary: The Senior Engineering Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery execution and people leadership for a cross-functional POD consisting of software engineers, quality engineers, and related technical contributors. This role owns delivery predictability, team health, execution quality, operational excellence, and talent development while partnering closely with Product Management and Architecture.
