About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Immigration Officer to support our team in day-to-day administrative and visa-related operations. The role involves handling Free Zone and mainland processes, maintaining trackers, and ensuring compliance with UAE immigration laws. Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Free Zone Department. Process Entry Permit (EP) applications with expertise in English-Arabic data entry. Handle visa-related processes including cancellation, renewal, and transfer. Process Emirates ID cards, salary letters, and NOCs in both Immigration and Free Zone portal systems. Manage all online HR and Free Zone portal processes, ensuring updates are accurate and timely. Maintain trackers, reports, and records effectively.…
