About this role

We are looking to hire a talented and passionate Production Manager (ALS Lubricants) for one of our Clients based in Tanzania. Must have previous local experience. Work Purpose: Own end-to-end blending, filling/packaging, and dispatch to deliver safe, compliant, on-spec lubricants at target cost and OTIF. Key responsibilities: ● Plan daily/weekly blending & filling schedules vs. demand; manage tank farm and base oil/additive reconciliation. ● Lead EHS (PTW/LOTO), 5S, toolbox talks, near-miss reporting; drive a zero-harm culture. ● Ensure in-process & FG quality gates with Lab; manage NCRs/CAPA and customer complaints. ● Improve throughput, yield, and OEE; minimize changeovers/flush losses (SMED mindset). ● Coordinate preventive maintenance, spares, and utilities uptime with Engineering.…
